Yes, we offer payment plans through icare Financial. The minimum amount you can put on a payment plan is $500. And the maximum amount is $20,000.

To apply for Icare payment plan all what you need is the following:
1.) Bring you U.S. issued ID with you to your appointment
2.) Bring your debit card with you
3.) Know your bank checking account number
4.) Prepare to pay at least 30% of you treatment cost at the time of the visit
5.) Your down payment must be paid using your debit card, it can not be paid with cash, credit card or check.
*There will be 15% flat no interest administrative fee add it to the cost of your treatment.
2Can I see the dentist today?
Yes, we offer same-day appointments. You can call us and schedule your visit as soon as today. Call now to schedule your same-day visit.
3Do you accept my employer's insurance?
We accept Delta Dental, Wilson Mcshane, Metlife and Health Partners insurance.
4Do you accept State Medical Assistance insurance?
We accept Medical Assistance insurance in our Minneapolis office. We do not accept straight MA yet, but we accept all other MinnesotaCare plans.
5What can I do if you don't accept my employer's insurance?
After you make a payment at our office, we will give you a bill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. We will guide you through all the steps necessary to make your insurance pay you back.
6Do I have to pay my bill today?
Yes, payments are required the same day. However, if your bill is $500 or higher, then you can apply for a payment plan. (please refer to question #1 for payment plan instructions and requirements)
7How much do I have to pay today to be seen?
We charge $99.00 for a limited exam. All other fees are determined after the exam.
8Can I put my exam cost on a payment plan?
No, you can only put the cost of your treatment on a payment plan. The minimum amount you can put on a payment plan is $500. And the maximum amount is $20,000.
